Derek AnthonyLEWISDerek passed away after a short illness at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend on 1st August 2019 aged 60 years. Devoted brother of David, Denise and brother-in-law Chris, loved nephew of Margaret, Enid, Marion, Marjorie and Bernie. Derek will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service on Tuesday 20th August 2019 in Coychurch Crematorium at 1.15pm. No flowers requested by the family. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent direct to Y Bwthyn, C/o Princess of Wales Hospital, Coity Road, Bridgend, CF31 1RQ.
